Titanfall Beta Confirmed

Respawn Entertainment has confirmed that their hotly anticipated title Titanfall will have an open beta sometime before launch.

The confirmation came after French site XboxyGen (what a great name!) posted an image of promotional material for Titanfall that suggested there would be a beta between the 14th and 19th of February (thanks to AllGamesBeta for the translation). The leak also suggested access to the beta may be restricted to those who have pre-ordered through specific retailers.

The official Titanfall twitter account tweeted shortly after the leak:

“We’re excited to announce Titanfall will offer a PC and Xbox One Beta. Details coming soon #Titanfall”

Although no firm date has officially been given I would say that the 14-19th February is a safe bet. Just remember that the 14th February is also Valentines Day!
