One of the best additions to the next-gen featureset is the implementation of capturing and streaming gameplay footage, without requiring any additional hardware. While Sony have got quite cosy with Twitch, enabling direct streaming support for the hugely popular service, Xbox One owners are still waiting to do the same.
But fear not, because Twitch still plan to offer Xbox One support, but are sadly waiting for Microsoft to get their act together, as this tweet from Twitch Support would indicate (via Polygon):
Xbox One Direct Broadcasting: There is no ETA at this time from Microsoft. Expect a few more months. If we know sooner, we’ll update.

It’s a shame, as Twitch integration has really taken off on the PS4. While Xbox One has it’s own native Xbox Live service for sharing footage, it doesn’t have quite the reach of Twitch.
