NBA 2K14 on the PS4 and Xbox One has received a brand new patch that improves the gameplay and fixes a number of bugs. Well I say the PS4 and Xbox One, currently the patch is only available on the Xbox One but will become available on the PS4 ‘shortly’.
The patch, which was reported on by Polygon, includes a lot of fixes to some of the bugs within the game. The full list of patch notes can be seen on the 2K blog, but the most noticeable fixes include changes to The Park mode which should prevent issues with starting a game, a fix that stops player becoming stuck in the shooting drill when playing My Career and a fix to stop teams calling back to back timeouts.
As well as bug fixes the patch includes some tweaks to the gameplay which makes defenders “stronger” and prevents arm pop’s to name a few. Along with the new fixes a ‘new and improved’ Beluba camera has been added.
NBA 2K14 is perhaps the best sports title currently available on the new consoles and is defiantly worth picking up, but if you are still unsure you can read my review of the game right here.
