Masashi Kishimoto, creator of the popular Naruto series, has created a brand new character for the next instalment in the Ultimate Ninja Storm series.
Mecha-Naruto is the new character and, as the name suggests, he is a mechanised version of the titular ninja.
Mecha-Naruto has access to many weapons, as you can see in the trailer below, as well as one of the most terrifying fighting stances I have ever seen. It matches Soul Calibur’s Voldo for creep, certainly.
“We are extremely thrilled to have received designs from Masashi Kishimoto intended exclusively for this game” said Daisuke Komoto, producer of ‘Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution’.
The idea of a mechanised character is something that’s often quite lazy, but Mecha-Naruto does seem quite impressive in terms of his depth of design. But I suppose that’s par for the course when you bring the series’ creator on board.
It’s certainly a better, more loving bonus than Dragonball Z: Battle of Z got…
