PlanetSide 2 Celebrates First Birthday With Anniversary Bundle
Sony are celebrating the first birthday of free-to-play online shooter PlanetSide 2 with a raft of goodies, a community campaign and a special one year anniversary bundle.
The community campaign will give one player the opportunity to have a story of his experience within the game turned into a graphic novel.
Entries will be accepted between November 20th and December 17th and should be sent to – warstories@p7s1games.net
Those who purchase the in-game bundle for 3,999 SC (or $39.99/roughly £25) will receive a six month heroic boost as well as “a multi-piece One-Year Anniversary Camo set, highly sought-after Headshot Decals and a whole load of firepower in the form of coveted PlanetSide 2 weapons systems.”
Anyone who has played PS2 over the last year – including in the beta – will also receive one of several armour or vehicle decals created by Senior Art Director Tramell Isaac especially for the anniversary.
