Candy Crush Saga Downloaded Over Half a Billion Times on Mobile
Love it or loath it, Candy Crush Saga’s success has been incredible. Particularly when you factor in that the game only came to mobile, twelve months ago.
King has announced that the game has been downloaded over half a billion times on Facebook and mobile devices. Apparently, 1 in 23 Facebook users have played the game via the social network.
Tommy Palm of King revealed that Candy Crush players can look forward to some new developments coming to the match game, in the near future:
“Fans can look forward to even more exciting new Candy Crush Saga content over the coming months, including an exciting new twist to the game.”
