Guild Wars 2’s Third Content Update – Tower of Nightmares – Goes Live Today
Guild Wars 2 players are lucky enough to be getting their third content update in just a month this afternoon as the popular MMORPG welcomes the ‘Tower of Nightmares’ patch; just in time for Halloween too.
This content patch adds more than just the obvious new enemies in a new location, but also new rewards in the shape of a Krait Obelisk Shard – a powerful artefact that players can erect in their home instance – for getting to the top of the Tower of Nightmares and completing the meta-achievement. Players will also be able to receive the Antitoxin Spray, a new universal healing skill that allows any player to cleanse themselves and nearby allies of poison, toxins, and other nasty effects.
