Watch a Hot Lap of Autodromo Di Monza in F1 2013

It’s the Italian Grand Prix this weekend and, in celebration of the occasion, Codemasters have released a video of Fernando Alonso pootling his Ferrari around the Autodromo Di Monza track in Formula 1 2013.

The video is commentated by ex-Formula One driver and current Sky Sports commentator Anthony Davidson for that authentic feeling of almost excitement.

Now I’m not a big Formula 1 fan, much to the disappointment of my father, but I can certainly say that F1 2013 sounds like Formula 1, and looks like Formula 1. Good work Codies.

For those that are F1 fans, well, Formula 1 2013 should be pretty good. It features loads of classic racers and cars in its new F1 Classics mode, so that old school Formula 1 fans, like my dad, can revisit history. Lovely.

F1 2013 and F1 2013 Classic Edition is released in the UK on October 4th 2013.
