Ultimate Warrior Confirmed as WWE 2K14 Pre-Order Bonus
Rumours have been swirling for a bit about Jim Hellwig’s involvement with 2K Sports and today, it’s been confirmed that Ultimate Warrior will be available as a playable character in WWE 2K14.
Anyone who pre-orders the game before its release date of October 29 in North America and November 1 in Europe will get to hear that iconic music and splash opponents to their heart’s content.
Of course, Warrior and WWF/E’s history goes a long way back. After Warrior’s successful run in the business, a lawsuit resulted in Hellwig retaining his likeness, which led to WWE releasing a scathing documentary in the form of The Self-Destruction of Ultimate Warrior.
But, it’s pro wrestling folks! Bridges can always be built.
