New Saints Row IV Independence Day Trailer
The release of Saints Row IV is edging closer and closer, and the marketing machine for the game is certainly moving up into high gear. The new game sees players taking on the role of President of the United States of America, and to fit in with that idea Volition have released a very fitting new trailer just in time for the fourth of July.
The video is an obvious spoof of the famous film Independence Day, and sees an Alien race coming to Earth, and the President fighting to protect his planet. Of course, it all plays out in a very typical over-the-top, crazy, Saints Row style, and has its tongue firmly in its cheek.
It looks like we can expect a sillier Saints Row game than ever before, with even more scope for insane attacks and weapons. Saints Row 3 was a firm favourite here at GodisaGeek, so we can’t wait to get our hands on the full game in August.
