New Saints Row IV Details Revealed
Saints Row IV developer Volition Inc. revealed a host of new information at this years Comic Con in San Diego, reported GameInformer today. The panel, which included studio head Steve Jargos & voice actors Troy Baker and Laura Bailey, took audience questions regarding their upcoming free-roaming sandbox, set for release August 23.
The hot-topic was DLC, and Jargos confirmed the first pack will be titled, ‘Enter the Dominatrix’ Originally planned as an expansion for Saints Row: The Third, it was scraped due to THQ’s bankruptcy at the time of development. Due to land 45 days after the game launches, it will feature a behind the scenes mockumentary narrated by the games characters.
Other details discussed were the return of Johnny Gat and members of the Ronin gang from Saints Row II. Some fittingly bizarre talk about a scrapped Bollywood style ending and the creation of the Dubstep gun was also took place.
