In an interview with Polygon, Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime clarified Nintendo’s stance on the used game debate that has been a dominant topic over the last couple months. Fils-Aime told Polygon “if we build great content, then the consumer will not want to trade-in our games.”  Reggie also mentioned that he understands the importance of the used games market and relationships with video game retailers. Because of that, Nintendo has no plans on placing any restrictions on used games anytime soon.
