Everyone can appreciate the cinematic qualities of the Uncharted series, but while most of us would be happy to leave it at that, it appears that Naughty Dog have been looking to get a movie version of Nathan Drake off the ground for a few years now.
In a video released on IGN today, the Superbad/Apatow dream combo of Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg reveal how they have been approached on more than one occasion to write a script for an Uncharted flick, and explain why they turned it down.
This isn’t the first time the project has been knocked back – David O. Russell reportedly pulled the plug on making a movie back in 2011, citing creative differences with Sony.
