Image Spotted Online of What Could Be Naughty Dog’s Next Title
An IGN reader got in touch with the website after spotting what could be the developer’s next game.
In one of the dev diary videos for The Last of Us, there is a moment where something out of place can be seen in the background. Courtesy of IGN, you can see the image below that appears to show two people dressed in either pirate clothing, or some form of garb from hundreds of years ago.
The Last of Us takes place in a modern day setting and yes, these two characters could indeed appear in the PS3 exclusive that’s out this June, however they do look out of place when compared to the other characters we’ve seen already.
Naughty Dog has previously said that they have split up into two teams: one is working on their post-apocalyptic title and the other is developing an unannounced project. Is this a glimpse at the unannounced project? A PS4 game, perhaps? Let the speculation commence!
