Gran Turismo 6 Pretty Much Confirmed For PS4

Gran Turismo 6 has (give or take) been confirmed for release on Sony’s next gen PlayStation 4.
GT 6 on PS3 was announced yesterday during Gran Turismo’s 15th anniversary celebrations at Silverstone race track.
Targeting a release at the end of the year, series-creator Kazunori Yamauchi told IGN: “We actually do have a PlayStation 4 version in mind, but for this holiday season, we thought it would be best for users to release on PS3 for now.
“I thought the best scenario would be to have the game come out, then to have new scenarios, new DLC and other updates,” Yamauchi continued. “Once the players have thoroughly played out the system, if the PlayStation 4 version came out naturally, as part of that process, I think that would be the best scenario.”
If? We’re pretty sure you wouldn’t even be mentioning a PS4 version if it wasn’t very much part of the larger GT 6 plan Mr Yamamuchi.
