The sequel to 2010’s Doritos Crash Course will be available to download from Xbox Live Arcade from tomorrow, May 8. Announced by the one and only Major Nelson, the game will be free, just like the original.
The first title may be long forgotten by most as it wasn’t entirely memorable, however it was definitely fun. Like a video game version of Total Wipeout or Takeshi’s Castle, Doritos Crash Course saw Xbox Live avatars dive, leap and amble across obstable courses that were set in various different countries and continents.
Doritos Crash Course 2 is developed by Behaviour Interactive – the people behind Wet and Naughty Bear. Whilst some may turn their nose up at this blatant advertising and this “sub-standard” 2D platformer, the first game was fun. There’s no question of that. Here’s hoping for some more of the same with Crash Course 2.
