Only days ago we brought you the news of the North American release date for Tales of Xillia, but in what will must be known as “Namco Bandai Media Blowout Day”, we’ve now got the European release date, as well as details of the collector’s edition.
But we won’t make you wait, the release date is August 9th (just 3 days behind the USA), and there will be an exclusive day one edition.
So, starting with the collector’s edition, you’ll get:
- A 21.5cm (including base) Milla figurine based on the artistic game artwork
- Original soundtrack
- High quality hardback art book
All of the above comes in a newly designed folded box, and will cost £85.99 – but only 10,000 copies are being made, available at www.TalesofGame.com. If you pre-order this version you’ll also get exclusive costumes for Milla and Jude, as well as a special PS3 custom theme.
The day one edition will be available in selected retail shops for the same price as the standard edition, but will come with an art book and the soundtrack. As with the collector’s edition, customers who pre-order will get the costumes and theme.
Here’s a picture of the collector’s edition:
But that’s not all, we’ve also got some new screenshots for you to take a look at, as well as a European trailer.
