Poker Night 2 Has an All-Star Cast and is Coming This Month
Like a super group in music, Telltale are taking stars from many different mediums and creating a sequel to their 2010 game Poker Night at the Inventory.
Sam of Sam & Max fame, Ash from Evil Dead and Army of Darkness, The Venture Bros’ Brock Samson, the chatty Claptrap from Borderlands and one of video games’ greatest ever villains GlaDOS from Portal, will be present in Poker Night 2.
Through IGN, we have the developer’s official blurb on the game:
“Telltale Games’ Poker Night 2 will offer the chance to win ‘Bounty Unlocks’: rewards for use within other games when special goals are achieved. With cunning and skill, players will unlock prizes including exclusive skins and heads for use within Borderlands 2 (Xbox 360, PS3 and PC), character accessories for Team Fortress 2 (PC only), unique Xbox 360 Avatar Items, and Premium Themes for dressing up PlayStation 3.”
It will be available on XBLA, PSN and PC later this month, with more platforms to be announced in the near future.
Poker Night 2 will be released in April for Windows PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3
