Suda 51’s none-more-Japanese 3D shooter Liberation Maiden is now on iOS devices, folks.
I was lucky enough to check this little gem out for our Mobile Monday feature last October and can tell all you Apple-wielding shooter fans that you are in for a treat with this one as the game is now on iOS for iPhone and iPad. Initially spotted on the Australian iOS App Store – which we learned through Polygon, Apple device owning fans of Goichi Suda now get a taste of his games, on-the-go.
Originally released in Japan on Nintendo 3DS as part of Level-5’s Guild01 compilation, Suda51’s Liberation Maiden was later released in the North American and European 3DS eShop. Set 100 years in the future, the game tells the story of Shoko Ozora, a high school student and Second President of New Japan, as she fights to liberate her country, using a range of lasers, missiles and bonkers anime cutscenes. Yeah!!
