The hotly anticipated surival game from the Uncharted dev team is only a few months away and it seems like you’ll be playing this one for a bit when it comes out in June.
In an interview with EvolveEnt – which was then picked up by IGN, Naughty Dog’s Arne Meyer revealed the length of the single player campaign for The Last of Us;
“We’re definitely looking at more than 12 hours, maybe 12 to 16 right now is what we’re looking at”
As fans of Indiana Jones-alike Nathan Drake will know, this is a bit longer than the Uncharted series, on average. As long as Naughty Dog can fill that 12-16 hours with enough compelling story and gameplay, The Last of Us has all of the elements to become PlayStation 3’s last, great hurrah.
The Last of Us will be released on June 14 for PlayStation 3
