Broken Age Teaser Trailer Shows Off Gorgeous Art Style
The Kickstarter that pretty much kickstarted video game Kickstarters. Recently, Double Fine Adventure eventually got a name in Broken Age and now, a teaser trailer has been released.
The art style looks beautiful and the game has a lot of potential to bring back the old-school point-and-click adventure titles. Of course, Double Fine went to the crowd funding website to pose the question to the people – “Do you still care about adventure games?”. No publisher bit on the idea, but yet the game will be brought to the masses, later this year.
As a concept, Kickstarter splits the crowd and that’s understandable for many reasons. A lot of the big video game projects that were funded also haven’t seen the light of day yet, so we’re waiting to see if the medium can bring about success. FTL: Faster Than Light was the big success story last year, although the true story will be written once the likes of Broken Age and Ouya release to the public.
