More Beta Slots Open For Tekken Card Tournament

tekken card tournament 300x250The final salvo of Beta positions have opened for Namco Bandai’s Tekken inspired Browser, Smartphone and Tablet card battler.

The game is free-to-play and mixes the characters of Tekken with a quick and dirty card system. Decks consist of fifteen cards, and turns are played out in what amounts to a slightly more complex game of rock, paper, scissors.

It’s all capped off with a Tekken theme, with eight characters available in the beta.

The beta offers Arcade, Free Fight and Online modes of play. You can play the game at the official website here: http://www.tekken-card-tournament.com/play

The game itself launches in a few weeks but later this year you’ll be able to purchase physical card packs that you can add to your virtual hand. A cool idea that’s already being employed by the Pokémon Trading Card Game.
