Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Travellers’s Tales Games (they seem to just be going by TT Games, these days) have today announced they are bringing LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes to Nintendo’s Wii U.
There’s an awful lot of LEGO games to choose from these days, but LEGO Batman 2 is one of the better ones, at least, that is if you believe Robin’s review of the game.
Already available on pretty much every platform under the sun, the game has sold more than 3.4 million units, worldwide. But the Wii U version won’t be a lazy port, as TT are making use of the GamePad. Players will be able to make use of an interactive map, and also be able to select their favourite characters from the touch screen. The game has off-screen play, so you can switch off the TV and continue on the GamePad, but best of all, you don’t have to share a screen in co-op, as one player can use the GamePad, the other can use the Pro Controller and the TV.
