Guns N Roses frontman and renowned arse Axl Rose has lost his court battle with Activision.
Eurogamer reports that the $20 million fraud and misrepresentation case was dismissed because it was filed too late, three years after the game’s release.
The case was brought about because Rose believed that upon allowing Welcome To The Jungle to be used in Guitar Hero III, Activision said that his band mate Slash wouldn’t be in the game.
Slash was one of the stars of Guitar Hero III and its ad campaign.
The decision was handed made by LA Superior Court Judge Charles Palmer.
