GTA V Lead Character Profile Revealed and The Game Looks Set To Reprise His Role From San Andreas
Happy Grand Theft Auto day! We haven’t even gotten to the main course yet, but details are already starting to emerge on Rockstar North’s next criminal tale.
Firstly, as reported by CVG, the UK magazine Shortlist – the same publication that posted a brand new screen, last night – has revealed the apparent profile of GTA V’s protagonist. In the magazine, they stated that he’s an “East Coast gangster” who has moved to Los Santos in an effort to start anew. Sounds clichéd, but it fits the Grand Theft Auto mould.
Also, rapper The Game was recently on Wired 96.5 Philly’s Party Station – that’s genuinely what its called – for an interview. CVG reported on Jayceon Terrell Taylor (The Game) letting the cat out of the bag with regard some voice work he’s done on Grand Theft Auto V. The host asked The Game if he was set to appear in “the new Grand Theft Auto” and the rapper replied with;
“Y’know what, they (Rockstar) called, man, and we did a little bit of work with them”. He also makes references to his San Andreas character Mark ‘B Dup’ Wayne. You can see the interview below. GTA talk begins at around 3:49.
The GameInformer story is scheduled to be unleashed unto the wild tonight at 5pm GMT. Once again, happy Grand Theft Auto day!
