Possible Gears of War: Judgment Box Art Revealed

New images show possible box art for Gears of War: JudgmentImages have surfaced on All Games Beta that may or may not be box art for Epic’s prequel shooter Gears of War: Judgment, due for release in 2013.

For those not in the know, Judg(e)ment takes the story back 14 years to Emergence Day, the fateful morning when the Locust horde ascended from the bowels of the planet Sera to annihilate the surface-dwelling humans. Snubbing series stalwarts Marcus Fenix and Dom Santiago, Gears of War: Judgment instead focuses on loudmouth Damon Baird and the Cole Train, considerably younger and slimmer but no less beautiful, baby!

This first piece of new artwork shows three members of Kilo Squad (who, as the game begins, are about to be court marshalled for high treason when it all kicks off): Baird and Cole themselves, alongside Sofia Hendrick  – the snarling young lady on the massive mounted cannon. The second image (below) shows a smaller, yet more revealing version of the same shot, this time also depicting fourth member of Kilo Squad, Garon Paduk.

Gears of War: Judgment is set for release in North America and Europe in March 2013.
