It’s been a while since I played a Ratchet & Clank game, which is a shame as they’re usually wonderful, charming titles that always grab the attention of any onlooker. But Q-Force breaks from the norm, which is interesting.
Also known as “Full Frontal Assault” in North America, to some extent this new PS3/Vita title is a hugely different title, more akin to a tower defence game than anything you’d be expecting, but it still retains the same core gameplay, allowing Ratchet or Clank to bound around a large environment (arenas, in this case) and smash people in the face with their melee weapon, or shoot them with a gun.
Mick is on the case with our review which is in progress, but for now, take a look at the first 10 (ish) minutes of Ratchet & Clank Q-Force, and feel free to let us know what you think in the comment section below.
Ratchet & Clank Q-Force will be released on November 30 in Europe for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.
