Sleeping Dogs Hallowe’en Themed Add-on Nightmare in North Point, is out Today
Sleeping Dogs’ first bit of story based DLC is out today. It’s become a tradition in recent years for at least one game to bring out an add-on that has an October 31 feel – Festival of Blood (inFamous 2) and the excellent Undead Nightmare (Red Dead Redemption) being two examples.
Nightmare in North Point places Wei Shen in a precarious position as the ghosts of dead Triad members roam the streets of Hong Kong. The undercover cop needs help and must try to find some of the best in Chinese magic to get rid of the dead and send them back to Satan’s gaff.
The add-on is available on XBLA for 560 Microsoft Points, or on Steam and PSN for £4.39/€5.49. Hallowe’en themed content is normally a nice departure for a game that centres around achieving a dark and gritty feel. If you enjoyed Sleeping Dogs, this is a good reason to jump back into Wei’s world.
