PopCap Announce New Features For Plants Vs Zombies on iOS
With the announcement of the Plants Vs Zombies sequel still fresh in everyone’s heads, the news that PopCap has updated PvZ on iOS should tide everyone over for some time.
The update includes 5 new levels, Last Stand Endless mode and 3 new achievements. If you already have the app, you can download the update for free.
The 5 new levels pose an interesting challenge to the player as the sun remains shining for a limited amount of time – but over on this side of the world, we’re used to that. Also, there is Last Stand Endless mode which is a take on the ever-present Endless Mode. Additionally, there’s a brand new Mallet Pack for the Last Stand Endless and Survival modes. On top of all that, there is the 3 new achievements (Hammer Time, Still Standing, The Stuff of Legends), and the game now supports retina display in Apple’s latest iPad.
