F1 2012 Released Today along with New Launch Trailer
The latest Formula One racing title from Codemasters launches at retail today, as F1 2012 has been released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC.To mark the occasion, the development team have released a new launch trailer and a set of new screenshots. The trailer gives us a look at the visual and physics advancements that have been added into the title this year.
One of the main new features this year will be the new RaceNet integration via an automatic downloadable update available shortly after launch. RaceNet is the new online community for all Codemasters Racing games where player’s can track all of their best times and those of their friends and rivals. There will be weekly RaceNet Events, allowing the game to be constantly renewed and changing. All new players signing up for the RaceNet community will be rewarded with three exclusive free in-game helmets, as will existing members.
