Free Spec Ops DLC for Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City Launches Next Week
Capcom have confirmed the free DLC for Operation Raccoon City, announced before the game even launched will be released next week. The game may not have received great reviews, but it’s hard to complain about free content.
The DLC follows Harley, Dee-Ay, Tweed, Willow, Shona and Party Girl, members of a US Spec Ops squad. Described by Capcom as a “complete campaign” players can expect seven brand new missions. The squads goal is to recover evidence that reveals the truth behind the deadly virus outbreak. Players were also teased a meeting with a familiar face when the DLC was first announced.
Already confirmed are six further missions and four new multiplayer maps, Capcom say players will be able to “purchase” theses in the coming weeks. For now though check out the trailer for next weeks DLC below.
The Spec Ops DLC launches April 11th for free on Xbox LIVE and SEN.
