Does your buddy have a lady friend that’s an annoyance and makes him watch Corrie instead of Champions League on a Tuesday night? Or maybe she asks him to go to the cinema to watch the latest Richard Curtis rom-com, instead of “allowing” him out to the pub with his mates. Well, then this stereotypical mobile application is the one for you!

Crazy Birds (UK version)/Angry Broads US version) is a brand new app that mimics the crys of a nagging girlfriend. Some of the phrases within include, “If you’re going out, you may as well stay out”, “You treat this place like a hotel,” and “It’s not Christmas or your Birthday so don’t even ask”. When the iOS device is held up to the piss-taker’s mouth, one of the preset phrases can be heard whilst your comrade’s face turns tomato red. The app is already loaded with a Cockney accents and there are a number of others that are free to download including; Scouse, Geordie, New York, Country, and LA Blonde.

Managing Director at Hotgen, Terry Haynes said, “Try it once, fall in love with it forever…Everyone we’ve shown it to has immediately snatched the iPhone in order to have a go. If ever an App was designed to spread by word of mouth – Angry Broads is it”.
