persona 2 innocent sinGhostlight Games are quickly getting a reputation for bringing some of the less well-known and perhaps under-appreciated Japanese Role-Playing games to theEuropean market. They have a history of publishing many titles by Atlus, including the Shin Megami Tensei Persona series, as well as publishing the Agarest series on our shores.

Now the company can proudly announce that Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky and Persona 2: Innocent Sin – both of which were released on PSP in the last few months – will now be making their way onto the PlayStation Network, where they will be available for download. They go on sale on Wednesday 14th December and will retail at €34.99/£27.99 each. Both games will also be made available as part of the “Trails of Innocence” two-game pack, which will save gamers a little cash, weighing in at €59.99/£47.99.

The Persona series has seen great success with the third and fourth instalments, but numbers one and two never got full releases across most of the world. At least now, with this version of Persona 2: Innocent Sin, gamers will be able to experience one of the earlier entries in the popular series. This is more good news for fans, who already found out earlier in the year that several new games in the series were in the works, including a beat-em-up based on the franchise. Hopefully we will hear more about all of these new titles soon.

Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky and Persona 2: Innocent Sin were both recently released by Ghostlight on PlayStation Portable, and they also released sequel Persona 3: Portable on PSP across Europe.
