First Look – Rayman Origins

Welcome one and all to a brand new First Look, and this time around we have footage of the upcoming title known as Rayman Origins, which is brought to you by the lovely guys and girls at Ubisoft. This next release in the Rayman series is released in Europe on 25th November, for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo 3DS and the Upcoming PlayStation Vita, which will be available at a later date which is yet to be confirmed.

The video clip shows Rayman and his friends in the Snoring Tree, chilling out and having a nice (if not musical) nap. Unfortunately for them, they have annoyed an old granny from the underworld with their toe tapping sleeping and in a fit of desperate retaliation, throws the hordes of the underworld at Rayman and his chums. Unfortunately for them, these creatures have captured all of the Electoons and Nymphs in the world and it’s up to Rayman to save the day.

As you will see from the footage, Rayman Origins looks like an interesting side scrolling platformer with some brilliantly created characters, great humor and catchy music. Be sure to stay tuned to GodisaGeek.com for the upcoming review but in the meantime, stop wondering how Rayman can have hands and feet without any legs or arms and enjoy the clip!

Rayman Origins will be released in Europe on 25th November for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii and Nintendo 3DS. It will also be released on PlayStation Vita at a later date.
