PES 2012 3D New Features and Online Mode Detailed
Konami has today outlined some of its plans for its upcoming Nintendo 3DS version of PES 2012, most notably being the ability to take part in online matches on the 3DS.
PES 2012 on the 3DS will boast full player control though the buttons or the touch screen, as well as Champions League and South America’s Copa Libertadores league.
Players will also be able to hone their skills using the special camera angles and movements Konami has included specifically for the 3DS version. Master League and Become a Legend game modes are also available in PES 2012 3D and as well as aPlayers can now play against a friend in one-vs-one games via both wireless and Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection settings.
Konami has also implemented a new take on the StreetPass system on the 3DS by allowing players to exchange Master League team data with other 3DS users, inviting players to take on rivals teams as they are played by the CPU. A pretty cool feature, we thought.
PES 2012 fared well on console, we gave it an impressive 9 out of 10 in our review. The 3DS version is set to release soon.
