Halloween Update Inbound for Free-To-Play FPS Cross Fire
It’s probably a fair assumption, given that you’re reading a gaming website, that you like video games. It’s probably also a fair assumption, given the current state of the global economy, that it would be preferable to most people to play games for free. That’s where games such as Cross Fire come in. The free-to-play First Person Shooter is part of the Z8Games platform of free-to-play games and can be downloaded for free by visiting http://crossfire.z8games.com.
Today, Z8Games and Cross Fire’s publisher and distributor G4BOX, have announced a free downloadable pack that will contain various treats to celebrate Halloween; and there isn’t a single trick in sight! Players will be able to deck out their mercenary with new weaponry including a Halloween-themed Gatling Gun, Jackhammer Shotgun, and Melee Shovel. Perhaps stealth is your game, in which case you’ll be able to blend in amongst Cross Fire’s hordes of Zombies and Mutants with ghoulish new gear including a Pumpkin Mask, Skull Helmet, Vampire Mask, and Witch’s Hat. All Halloween items and equipment are available for a limited time only! The update also includes the new Search and Destroy Map “Ankara”, a Kriss Super V Liquid Metal SMG, a Bushmaster ACR Rifle, and a new 1680×1050 display resolution.
It’s not often you get a new resolution for Halloween, that’s usually New Year’s (Ba dum tish!)

Cross Fire is available now from http://crossfire.z8games.com, current players will download the new content the next time they launch their game while new players will get the game as soon as they download the main client.
