Get Ready To Meet The Enemies In RAGE
If you have been following GodisaGeek for sometime, you will know that we are all very excited about the new upcoming first-person shooter from id Software, RAGE. After seeing a sneak preview at the Eurogamer Expo last year, and getting some hands-on preview time with the title at E3, it is clear that this is shaping up to be another big success story for the famous development team. Well now that same team has released the fifth video in their six-part behind-the-scenes series for their new game. This trailer is entitled “The Enemies”.
As you might have guessed, in this instalment, the team discusses the many different types of enemy that players will encounter throughout the game, which includes high-tech super soldiers and clans of bloodthirsty bandits. Some of these have an impressive arsenal of weapons and attacks, whereas others rely on brute force and speed instead. The video also shows us some of these unique weapons, which can also be used by the player, in most cases.
RAGE features intense first-person shooter action, breakneck vehicle combat, an expansive world to explore and jaw-dropping graphics powered by id’s revolutionary id Tech 5 technology. Set in the not-too-distant future after an asteroid impacts Earth, you emerge into a vast wasteland to discover humanity working to rebuild itself against such forces as bandit gangs, mutants, and more. RAGE promises an experience like no other.
