The Witcher 2 Coming To Xbox 360 This Year, Will Be Playable At E3
CD Projekt Red has today announced that its hugely successful RPG, The Witcher 2, will be coming to Microsoft’s Xbox 360 at the end of the year, and will be playable on the console at E3.
According to VG247, the game will feature the same quality gameplay that can be found on the PC version, and CD Projekt also announced that the title has sold in excess of 400,000 copies of in its first week on sale. CD Projekt also said that a patch (v1.2) will be released tomorrow, which will address some small issues. Also, the patch will feature some DLC which allows players to change Gerait’s hair.
The news that the Witcher 2 is coming to Xbox 360 will be a great relief for those who are without the PC rig required to enjoy this game to its fullest. Yes, the graphics may not be as amazing as they are on PC, but it makes the game more accessible to a wider audience, something which any game with an 89 score on Metacritic deserves.
