Chillingo Release Spoing For iPhone And iPad
Electronic Arts owned publisher Chillingo has today released Spoing and Spoing HD for Apple’s iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. Chillingo — most famous for bringing the original Angry Birds to the iPhone — is hoping to set the world alight once more with addictive, platforming gameplay, developed by Swiss indie outfit games2be.
This time around, players will assume the role of Boing, who has been asked to look after some rainbow diamonds and goes on to lose them all. Cue fifty levels of platforming fun and probably hours upon hours of your time, especially if previous Chillingo titles such as Cut The Rope are to go by. Check out the launch trailer after the jump.
After downloading both the iPhone and iPad versions of Spoing and playing the first few Dungeons, the impressions are good. Expect a full review in the very near future, providing Spoing doesn’t take over my life in the same way that previous Chillingo published games have managed.
