PlayStation Network Could Be Down For Up To 2 Days
If you’ve tried to get onto the PlayStation Network for any reason over the last couple of hours you’ll notice that you’ll be not having much luck. Well, according to a news post posted by the big dogs themselves, it seems as if we’re not going to be getting online anytime soon.
There’s not much being said about it at the moment other than everybody hoping that it’s not a return of the hacking attempts from a couple of weeks ago. I suppose we’ll never know the true reasons, all we can do is hope that it’s back soon.
A weekend without multiplayer gaming on the PlayStation 3?!? Oh what a cruel world we live in!
The official words, straight from Sony are as follows:
While we are investigating the cause of the Network outage, we wanted to alert you that it may be a full day or two before we’re able to get the service completely back up and running. Thank you very much for your patience while we work to resolve this matter. Please stay tuned to this space for more details, and we’ll update you again as soon as we can.
We don’t mean to be the bearer of bad news but we, here at GodisaGeek.com, felt that you all should know the state of affairs.
