Resistance 3 Multiplayer Trailer
Insomniac have released a trailer for Resistance 3 straigh off the production line at GDC, giving fans of the series a chance to see the multiplayer in motion for the first time and get them salivating.
The trailer shows of how the revamped multiplayer aspect of the game is shaping up and we have to say it isn’t looking too shabby! Imsomniac have stated that the 40/60 player chaos synonymous with Resistance 2 is a thing of the past, to be replaced by tightly focused 16 player Human Vs Chimera skirmishes.
To even things out they are throwing a whole new bunch of support and tactical abilities for players to use like the Bubble Shield (we are sure you can imagine what this does) and the Doppelganger, which sends a projection of yourself onto the battlefield to confuse your enemies long enough for you to plant a bullet between their eyes.
Resistance 3 is due out on the 6th September, exclusively for PlayStation 3.
