New Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Screenshots Revealed
The game director of Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Katsuhiro Harada has just posted a batch of new screenshots from the upcoming game on his twitter account. The game is a sequel to the PlayStation 2 launch title, which was a team-based version of the wildly successful beat-em-up series. The game is due sometime over the summer in Japanese arcades, yet these are some of the first images we have seen of the game.
In the images, we can see several popular characters are returning – such as Devil Jin, Marshall Law and Paul Phoenix. The protagonist of the Tekken 6 story mode – Lars Alexandersson – is also shown to be returning, and you can expect a huge cast of other returning characters. We also get a look at the new young Heihachi Mishima character model, which may have been necessitated by the death of the voice actor who traditionally has voiced Heihachi.

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is due to hit arcades in the summer. No news yet of a date for the home release, but it has been confirmed to be coming to consoles in the future.
