Mortal Kombat Gets An Official Release Date & Second Mileena Video

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios have announced the official release date for the upcoming Mortal Kombat title will be midnight on ‘Mortal Monday’ 18th April 2011. Netherrealm Studios – led by series creator and creative director Ed Boon – are looking to re-launch the brutal fighting series after several false starts and are aiming to make this instalment the most vicious yet.
Along with that huge news was the reveal of the official artwork that will feature on the box of the game and a new character video, this time featuring the evil clone of Kitana: Mileena. The video shows of just what she can do in the new game. The new Mortal Kombat game will launch on April 18th on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
