First Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit Premium DLC Detailed and Dated
EA and Criterion Games have today announced that the first premium DLC for the quite awesome Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (check out our 10/10 review) will be hitting the PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE later this month.
The content, titled the “Super Sports Pack”, will contain 13 new race and pursuit events as well as 3 sexy new super powered cars (Porsche 911 GT2 RS, GUMPERT Apollo S and Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport), which will be available to drive around maniacally as a cop or a racer. To add to that, the content will also bring with it brand spanking new achievements and trophies.
Xbox 360 users will be able to download the content for 560 Microsoft Points on December 21st, whereas PlayStation 3 Hot Pursuit lovers will be able to purchase it a day later on December 22nd for £5.49 (around $7). Although, it must be stated, the 24 hour wait only applies to PlayStation 3 users in Europe. Virtual cops and racers in North America with Sony’s black beauty will be able to download the DLC the same day as their Xbox 360 counterparts.
