More “Classic” Dreamcast Ports On The Way
We all loved the Dreamcast here at GodisaGeek and so did many others, so this is probably the reason why SEGA are still continuing to port many of the consoles classics to PSN and Xbox Live. So, what’s next on the “digitally remastered” agenda then? Well, following the releases of both Sonic Adventure and Crazy Taxi, SEGA have decided that next on the list will be SEGA Bass Fishing and Space Channel 5.2. Probably not our first choices here at GodisaGeek, (definitely not mine),but I’m sure somewhere, some place, someone has just let out a tiny orgasmic “yes”.
“The release of these games marks SEGA’s ongoing effort to bring its best-sellers from the Dreamcast era to the latest consoles,” said Haruki Satomi, Vice President of Digital Business at SEGA.
“We want to enable a new generation of players to experience some of the most celebrated titles our video game history has to offer, while at the same time appealing to our enthusiastic and much appreciated community of fans.”
Both games are being targeted for a “early 2011” release.
