New Splinter Cell In Development
A year ago Ubisoft unveiled its new studio in Toronto lead by the gorgeous Jade Raymond. Well, it would seem they have now been assigned their first title and that is none other than the next instalment in the Splinter Cell series. The new installment will be building on the tech and talent behind the recently released Splinter Cell: Conviction, which received a God is a Geek 9 out of 10.
“All of the core team has relocated with me from Montreal,” said Raymond. “Where you develop a game does have an impact on who it appeals to… When you think of it like that, I think the Splinter Cell franchise fits Toronto,”
No details on the games theme, title or release were give but the sheer fact that Ubisoft are continuing to evolve and expand the series is always a good thing.
