Do some basic programming with Nintendo Labo’s Toy-Con Garage
The Nintendo Labo machine runs ever onwards to release date, and as a result here’s a new video demonstrating just what it can do.
This time around we’re treated to a demonstration of the Toy-Con Garage, a mode where you can perform basic elements of prgramming to create your own Nintendo Labo creations, or find new ways to use the existing ones. With the Toy-Con Garage you link up nodes and set those nodes to perform actions when certain criteria are met.
With a bit of thought and imagination you could turn a broom into a guitar, or some cardboard circles into a drum set (as evidenced in the video). Essentially the Toy-Con Garage can be as simple or as complicated as you want to make it and it’s highly likely that shortly after release some people will be creating some ridiculously ingenious bits and bobs for it.
