Beyond retro gaming, there’s a very weird and wonderful world out there. The culture of rom hacking is an interesting one, with a community of dedicated fans doing everything from translating old games into other languages, to creating entirely new game experiences from existing ones.
This episode of The Retrocast is a weird one, and it involves Sonic 2. I’m not saying anything more than than, but it’s hilarious.
