Team Dignitas Loses CS:GO Team

Team Dignitas managed to pull of somewhat of a surprise and place 3rd at the MLG X Games CS:GO tournament this weekend. The team beat Fnatic, who were considered the best in the world heading into the event, in the 3rd place match earlier today. That win bagged them a cool $7,500, with Fnatic taking $5,000 for 4th place.

However the win will be the teams last contribution to the Dignitas organisation as they have chosen not to renew their contracts and will move to the Team SoloMid organisation on February 1.

Fans of the Dignitas organisation do have something to look forward to as a post on the teams website revealed that they will unveil a new CS:GO team tomorrow (Monday) .
