Visceral Games and DICE took to the stage at EA’s E3 Press conference to reveal Battlefield Hardline, in which they promise a grand single player campaign but also 32 player multiplayer.
A grand 32 player heist was shown on stage, mixing Battlefield gameplay with civilian vehicles, such as cop cars and oil tankers.
The game includes many of Battlefield’s features, including the mass map destruction last seen in Battlefield 4, with a crane tearing through a building. There’s an incredible flow to the map rarely seen in multiplayer games outside of Left 4 Dead and Payday, the latter likely being a big influence to Hardline.
